Overall my friends and I were delighted with your condo. As we arrived by amtrak, and did not rent a car, its location to the train and to Safeway was ideal for us. We were comfortable with the accomodations. I do have a few suggestions: 1- as the condo was listed as serviced by free internet, it was a significant disappointment to find it did not work. Two of us brought computers with us on the train...although the rental folks tried to help us with the problem it was never resolved and caused some dismay and hours of frustration. Several of us had to go trudging about to find service in the town due to work obligations. Please do not list it as served by free internet under these conditions...it is misleading! 2- the refrigerator door opens the wrong way for the kitchen! It's a simple fix for a handyman..just switch the door to open the other way. 3- If you have folks that cook, as we did, the kitchen furnishings are spare. Please add just a few more dishcloths and dishtowels, a kettle that isn't rusted inside, plus a couple larger stovetop pans.

Enjoyed the unit. Met our needs and was in nice condition. As a homeowner in WP, you need to check window in bedroom with bunk beds. It does not close/latch.

We spent 6 days in waterside West and our experience was great. The sector where the condo is located was very quiet. We also appreciate the proximity of the Safeway grocery store. Highly recommended.

Well we stayed at the Waterside West A201 and I purposed and she said yes! I'm sure you're looking for something a bit different from that but because of that it was a magical weekend and happened in your facility! So you helped us make history and it was a nice place and enjoyed staying there. Maybe you should encourage us to make a commercial for your townhome...:) Take care! memorable Christmas!

We loved our spacious condo! We had plenty of room to spread out, enjoy Christmas dinner and just hang out. our view was gorgeous from the living area. It took a little while to get used to the heat and one of the bedrooms (with bunk beds) stayed pretty cold the whole time, but it wasn't a major problem. there were small heaters in each bedroom we could use if necessary. the condo would get pretty warm during the day, but cool off a lot at night. the fireplace provided ample heat during the day. we had to call twice for small things and the service was prompt. everyone was so friendly! we were surprised to see some staples left in the kitchen by former tenants I assume. that was nice and has never happened in any other condo we have stayed in. the goodie bag waiting for us was a nice touch. we especially loved the location (close to everything including Safeway where we went daily) the garage was a nice perk, too! it was a wonderful home away from home and we wish we could rent it every Christmas from now on.

First i want to say that working with the girls at WPLBO was just a treat. Because i was not able to use a credit card they still let me reserve and then when i had problem with my new bank account they didnt fuss about it they work with me and i so very much appreciate it. They made my reservation stressless THANK YOU cant wait to work with you guys again next year. The home was beautiful and so relaxing. It had everything we needed. Even though we came up for the Jazz Festival we were so comfortable in the townhome we barely even left it. I would recommend it to everyone. The townhome was very open and had a lot of light. Our townhome had the view of the river which was nice, and all the neighbor were wonderful. The only thing i didnt like was there was no hot tub. But beside that it was a WONDERFUL STAY.

My family and I had a great time in Winter Park. the accomondations were wonderful and very comfortable. I was thankful for the garage and it held my Suburban LT very nicely. The bedrooms and bathrooms were plenty big as was the living space and kitchen. If I had one complaint it would be the Train that seems to travel through Frasier quite often but we eventually got used to it. Sean

This condo was comfortable and stylish. We were two couples with two 22-year old sons, and were all very comfortable. The location was just a short ride from the ski slopes, and near many restaurants and shops. We flew into Denver, and it was just over an hour from the airport. The people were very helpful and gave us reduced ski rental coupons and reduced priced lift tickets. I hope to have the opportunity to come back to Winter Park and stay here again!
